摘要
测量了磁性蓄冷材料ErNiGe的比热曲线,计算了它的晶格常数和晶格比热,得到了它的磁比热曲线,ErNiGe的Néel温度为3.3K,此温度下的比热峰值远大于传统的金属Pb的比热,这是由于它的磁性相变引起的。磁墒变计算结果表明,晶体场使Er3+的能级分裂。
The heat capacity of ErNiGe is studied in the temperature range between 2 and 40K.From the specific heat curves,Néel temperature is calculated to be 3.3K.Due to the magnetic phase transition, ErNiGe has extremely large specific heat peak near the magnetic phase transition temperature and can be substituted for lead to work as a new cryogenic regenerator material below 15K.The results of magnetic entropy indicate a strong influence of crystal field on Er3+.
