摘要
关于登记效力的问题 ,一直是大家争论的焦点 ,在世界各国的立法中 ,不同的国家其观点也不一致。文章根据世界各国有关登记制度的法律性质 ,分析了我国《合同法》中有关批准、登记的法律效力 ,在此基础上 。
About the effects of registration, it already become the focus of controversy. In the different countries, there are different views on the effects of registration, according to the rules of foreign countries on effects of registration. This article examines the validity about approval and registration in contract law. On the basis, analyzing the relation of property right register and contract effects.
