介绍了一种高响应速度和高精度的峰值保持器 ,这种器件采用跨导型运算放大器 ,同时具有通频带宽、线性好、峰值保持精度高等优点 ,可快速、准确地检测并保持峰值脉冲信号。文中介绍了PKD01的主要特点 ,给出了PKD01在电触头材料电性能模拟试验装置的触头熔焊力测量中的应用电路。
The main features of a type of high responding speed and precision peak value holding chip- PKD01 is discussed.PKD01 uses the transconductance operational amplifier,and It has characterisitics of wide pass band,good lineaerity and precision peak value holiday. So it measures and holds peak pulse signal quickly accuratly. The application circuit of PKD01 in electric contacts's electric performance experimental device is designed.
