摘要
目的 :探讨急性白血病病人应用左旋门冬酰胺酶后出现中枢神经系统并发症的护理方法。方法 :对我院收治的 2 7例患者进行研究。结果 :2 7例患者中 ,2 1例获持续完全缓解达 2年 ,5例部分缓解 ,1例死亡。结论 :对化疗前患者进行心理护理 ,化疗中预防感染 ,密切观察用药反应 。
Objective To investigate care of the patients with acute leukemia who had complication of central nerve system because of administration of L-ASP.Method 27 patients who were treated in our hospital among 3 year were investigated.Results 21 patients had complete remission for two years,5 patients arrived part remission and 1 patient died.Conclusion Preventing infection and observing reaction of drugs during chemotherapy are very important as well as psychological care before chemotherapy.
