摘要
主要就二滩水电站机电设备国际招标采购的项目、合同签订和执行情况进行简要介绍。实践证明,要执行好国际采购合同,必需从组织机构、人员保证和规范的管理制度着手,认真做好合同文件的编写、合同谈判、签订及设计联络、技术图纸和文件审批、工厂监造、出厂检验、设备运输、商检、现场仓储、设备转运、安装调试、启动验收及合同索赔等每一个环节的工作都是至关重要的。
The author briefly introduces the items , contract signing and performance of international bidding procurement contract for electrical and mechanical equipment at Ertan Hydropower Station . Good performance of international bidding procurement contract is ensured by reasonable organization and staffs and standard management system and program. It is very important to do following jobs carefully : contract document preparation , contract signing , negotiating , design cooperation , technical drawings and documents examination and approval , manufacturer supervision , final examination , equipment transportation , commodity inspection , in-situ storage , equipment transfer , installation and debugging , startup , check and acceptance ,contract claim .
