摘要
目的 :探索在病区内对慢性精神患者实行分类康复的方法及疗效。方法 :慢性衰退的精神病患者按残疾程度分为A、B、C、D 4个等级 ,根据各类患者存在的问题制定不同的项目进行训练。训练前、中、后分别用SSPI、IPROS及ADLPI量表评定。结果 :分类训练前后 4组患者自身对照 3个量表总分均差异有显著 (P <0 .0 1) ,且疗效随着级别的升高而增加。结论 :针对不同患者进行分类康复 ,能更有效地恢复其残存社会功能。
Objective: To explore the method and efficacy of classified rehabilitation for the patients with chronic psychopathy in the ward area. Methods: A group of patients with chronic recessionary were fallen into 4 grades (A, B, C and D) by the standards of disabled degree and ability of taking care oneself. The patients were trained with special program which was made that depending on existing problems respectively. The patients were assessed by SSPI, IPROS and ADLPI before train, under train and after train, and clinical observation was performed. Results: Before and after classified training, the total scores in SSPI, IPROS and ADLPI had significant difference ( P <0.01) for the self-controlled study in the patients. The efficacy of the classified patients was improved along with the raise of grades. Conclusion: Classified rehabilitation could effectively resume the surviving social function in allusion to different patients.
