摘要
目的 探讨糖尿病肾损害与血清镁离子 (Mg2 + )浓度变化的关系。方法 随机取 10 1例 2型糖尿病患者 ,根据尿微量白蛋白 (m Alb)和尿N 乙酰 β D 氨基葡萄糖苷酶 (NAG)排泄量分为四组 :( 1)无肾损害组 ;( 2 )肾小球损害组 ;( 3 )肾小管损害组 ;( 4 )肾小球、肾小管混合损害组。以 80名正常人作为对照 ,检测血清Mg2 + 水平 ,进行比较分析。结果 糖尿病患者组血清Mg2 + 为 ( 0 92± 0 13 )mmol/L ,正常对照组血清Mg2 + 为 ( 0 87± 0 0 6)mmol/L ,两组比较 ,差异有非常显著性意义 (t=3 2 47,P <0 0 1)。肾损害的 3个组血清Mg2 + 均高于无肾损害组 ,但统计学差异不明显 (P >0 0 5 )。血清Mg2 + 与空腹血糖 (GLU)、m Alb、NAG无明显相关关系 (r分别为 -0 0 7,-0 0 15 ,0 0 0 2 ,P均 >0 0 5 )。结论 糖尿病患者血清Mg2 + 浓度有增高现象 ,可能与糖尿病肾损害有关。
Objective To study the relations between diabetes mellitus (DM) with kidney injury and serum cation of magnesium(Mg 2+ ). Methods 104 patients of DM type Ⅱwere selected randomly and were divided into four groups based on the excretion level of urine micro albumin (m Alb) and N acetyl β D glucosaminidase (NAG).(1)The group without kidney injury,(2)the group with glomerular injury,(3)the group with kidney tubules in jury,(4)the group with glomerular and kidney tubules injury.80 normal subjects were selected as control group and the Mg 2+ serum levels were measured. Results The Mg 2+ serum levels of DM group were (0. 92±0 13) mmol/L and those of control group were (0. 87±0.06 ) mmol/L.The difference between them was significant ( t =3. 247, P <0. 01).The Mg 2+ serum levels of the three groups with kidney injury were higher than those of the group without kidney injury but the statistic difference was not significant ( P >0. 05).No significant correlation was shown between Mg 2+ serum level and the levels of fast food glucose,m Alb and NAG( r =-0. 07, r =-0. 015, r =0. 002, P >0. 05).Conclusion The Mg 2+ serum level increases in patients with diabetes mellitus because of the kidney injury probably.
