摘要
抑肽酶对保存期血小板具有保护作用。通过对血小板数量、功能和超微结构的观察,结果显示,随着保存时间的延长,血小板数量、功能和超微结构的损害就越大。与此同时,血小板微颗粒数也逐渐增加。而经抑肽酶保护后该变化则较小,两组相比有明显差异(P<0.01)。
It was indicated that aprotinin could provide protecting effect for stored platelets.The results of observation showed that the damage to platelet's counts,function and ultrastructure would increase as the storing time was prolonged,and at the same time the platelet micropar- ticle counts also gradually increased. The mentioned above changes would be very little in the case of using aprotinin as protecting agent for storing platelets.The difference be- tween the tested group and control group was significant(P<0.01).
