摘要 大量实验证明,bFGF对缺血性脑损伤有神经保护作用,而Bcl-2蛋白能抑制凋亡也已得到证实。利用bcl-2转基因技术可使脑梗死体积缩小,bFGF与Bcl-2之间存在的某些联系有利于对转bcl基因治疗缺血性脑梗死的作用机制进一步探讨。 Many experiments have proved that basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) has the effect of neuroprotection after ischemic cerebral infarction, and it also has been confirmed that Bcl-2 protein could inhibit apoptosis. The application of the bcl-2 transgenic technique can decrease infarction volume. There are some correlations between bFGF and Bcl-2, and this has some advantages in further exploration of the acting mechanism in bcl gene treatment in ischemic cerebral infarction.
