摘要
膨润土中水分含量是其物理性能的重要指标之一,其测定方法的准确性和合理性又将直接影响竖炉生产。在大量实验的基础上,提出了称取膨润土试样200±1g,进行145℃烘烤2h处理的测定方法。结果表明,该方法不仅能更好地检验膨润土的水分,而且能提高检测速度,缩短检验时间约2h,为及时指导竖炉生产提供可靠的工艺参数。
The moisture of the bentonite is one of the important physical quota. The accuracy and reliability of the testing method will influence directly on the production of the vertical stove. On the basis of a lot of testing, the determination method of the bentionite is proposed with the treatment of the specimen with 200g±1g, and is based for two hours. The results show, that above method will not only determine the moisture of the bentonite wonderfuly, but also can elevate the testing speed and save the testing time about two hours. Thus it can provide the reliabilistical technology parameters for guiding the production of the vertical stove in time.
