摘要 介绍了w(SO3f)65%发烟硫酸的生产工艺,w(SO3f)30%-32%发烟硫酸预热后进入管壳式蒸发器,以0.65 MPa蒸汽为热源进行加热产生三氧化硫气体,三氧化硫冷凝后与w(SO3f)30%-32%发烟硫酸混合配制得w(SO3f)65%发烟硫酸。生产过程中,严格控制蒸发器进口发烟硫酸w(SO3f)在30%~32%,出口酸温为145℃、蒸汽压力为0.35 MPa。针对高浓度发烟硫酸挥发性强的特点,建立1套真空系统,使发烟硫酸储罐处于微负压状态保证高浓度发烟硫酸安全、环保地储存。 The production process of 65% oleum was introduced. 30%-32% Oleum was preheated and fed into a shell-tube evaporator to produce sulphur trioxide gas by heating with 0. 65 MPa steam. Sulphur trioxide gas was condensed and blend with 30%-32% oleum to produce 65% oleum. In operation of evaporator, inlet free SO3 concentration of oleum should be controlled strictly at 30% -32% , outlet oleum temperature at 145 ℃ and outlet steam pressure at 0. 35 MPa. According to the volatility of oleum, a vacuum system was installed to keep storage tank of oleum at slightly negative pressure, ensuring safe and non-pollution storage of oleum.
