摘要 研究以原位内生金属间化合物增强铁基、镍铁基复合材料为粘结相的新型TiC基金属陶瓷在850℃熔盐中的热腐蚀行为.利用X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)等手段,对高温熔盐热腐蚀后的组织形貌、元素分布及物相进行了分析.结果表明:这类TiC基0金属陶瓷的热腐蚀为钝化膜保护的化学腐蚀,在熔盐热腐蚀中,由于表面形成致密的Si、Cr的氧化物和复合氧化物膜,使以Ni-Fe-Cr-Si为粘结相的新型TiC基金属陶瓷具有良好的耐熔盐热腐蚀性能;并对TiC基金属陶瓷在熔盐介质中的热腐蚀机理进行了探讨. The corrosion behavior of TiC-based cermet made by in-situ intermetallics reinforcement Fe-base or NiFe-base composite as stick-phase at 850°C in melting-salt has been studied. The microstructure, element distribution and phase after hot-corrosion were analysed by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results showed that hot-corrosion of TiC-based cermet was a chemical corrosion protected by passivating film. The TiC-based cermet possesses high resistance to hot-corrosion because of SiO2, Cr2O3 and several composite oxide dense film formed on the surface of cermet specimens during hot-corrosion. The corrosion-resistance mechanism of TiC-based cermet was also discussed.
