摘要
针对钢材热镀锌过程中,当基体中硅含量大于0.05%时出现圣德林效应,通过在镀液中添加Ni、Al元素,解决了镀层超厚、表面发灰、粗糙以及出现漏镀点等问题。对合金元素在镀锌过程中的作用进行分析。并采用中性NaCl盐雾试验研究镀层的耐蚀性。结果表明:Al的加入可以使镀层表面光亮;加入适量的Ni能抑制镀层超厚,消除圣德林效应;添加Ni、Al元素除了提高镀层外观质量,还使镀层的耐蚀性大幅度提高。
The Sandelin effects occur when the contents of silicon in the base metal are above 0.05 percent in the hot galvanizing process. The extra-thickness, grayness, rough and leakages of the hot-galvanized film were solved by adding Ni and Al in the galvanized solution. Moreover, we analyzed the effects of the Ni-Al alloy and studied the erosion resistance of the hot-galvanized film using neutral NaCl salt spray test. We found that the brightness of the film can be improved with the additions of Al and the extra-thickness of the film can be depressed with adding suitable Ni. The results indicate that not only the surface of the film qualities but also the corrosion resistance of the film are increased with the additions of Ni and Al.
