同种异体骨移植在大龄先天性髋关节脱位中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨大龄先天性髋关节脱位根治术中,应用同种异体骨移植的效果。方法选择1996年1月~2002年12月的大龄先天性髋关节脱位患儿78髋,其中45髋在术中应用自体髂嵴三角形骨块移植于髂骨折断处(为A组),33髋应用同种异体骨移植(为B组)。结果在髋臼指数的矫正上B组优于A组,对髋臼生长发育的影响、关节活动度、行走效果等方面,A、B组无明显差异,在骨愈合时间上,A组优于B组。结论在大龄先天性髋关节脱位手术治疗中,应用同种异体骨移植有其优越性,值得推广。 Objective To explore the efficacy of radical operation for dislocation of congenital hip joint of children. Methods 78 cases of dislocation of congenital hip joint in old children was summarized.Data of all cases were selected from Jan 1996 to Dec 2003 in our department hospitalization.45 cases of them,using autogenous iliac crest triangular bone mass was tronsplanted into site of iliu fracture,it as control group. other 33 cases using homoplastic bone transplantation,as the experimental group. Results The cacetabul indexes in the experimental group were superior to the control group,but there was no difference in the cacetabul growth development,mobilizable degree of joint and walk etc in both groups.At healing time in control group was short than that in experimental group. Conclusions We consider that the homoplastic bone transplantation in treatment of old children with congenital hip joint dislocation have some merits,and worth popularization.
