摘要
笔者观察了磁水对猪蛔虫卵不同发育阶段的苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH)、酯酶(EST)、和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)同功酶的影响。结果表明:虫卵在同一条件下经不同时间发育后,三种同工酶的酶带数目和迁移率(Rf)均有不同;同时还观察到虫卵在不同环境中发育,在磁水作用下经不同发育阶段其同功酶酶带数目和Rf与自来水作用下比较有明显差异。此外还对猪蛔虫卵在磁水中发育延缓的可能因素做了初步分析。
Influences of magnetized wate r on isozymes of MDH, EST and LDH in different developmental stages of A.suum eggs were observed. The results indicated the zone numbers and Rf values were not same.Under the uniform conditions the zone numbers and Rf values of the is-ozymes treated with magnetized water were quite different from the control group treated with common tap water.
