摘要
文章归纳了在校园规划设计招投标的组织过程中可能出现问题的环节,并提出了一些修正的建议和理想的校园规划竞赛的组织程序。最后,文章呼吁建立健全我国校园规划招投标的机制。
This paper summarizes some issues possibly occurred in theprocess of inviting and submitting tenders for campus plan and design. Itproposes some suggestions and ideal procedure of contest for campusplan, and appeals for establishment and improvement of the mechanismof the inviting and submitting tenders for the domestic campus plan.
