摘要
本文运用混沌理论指导误诊规律的研究。文章提出了临床诊断过程中的模糊概念 ,通过调查 2 0世纪 90年代发表在国内正式期刊上的 18768篇误诊文献 ,收集病例 5 4.8万份 ,利用计算机技术进行了数和数量关系的科学统计分析。在对 15 0多万个信息进行认真梳理后 ,对表面上看似无序的各种误诊因素按分析频率进行归类 ,找到了误诊现象中有序的规律。文章指出 ,应用混沌理论研究误诊 ,可以帮助医务人员认识到简单原因可以导致复杂后果 ,即在临床诊断早期的诸多环节中如果出现一点偏颇 ,就可以发生失之毫厘。
The theory of chaos was applied to the study of misdagnosis law in thispaper. The concept of indistinction in the process of clinical diagnosis was proposed. Totally,18 768 articles published in domestic periodicals in the 1990s were sellected and 548 000 pieces of medical records were reviewed. And computer technique was used to perform statistical analysis on the relationships between the quantity and quality. After having systematically sorted out over 1 500 000 pieces of information, the author of the paper found out the ordered law of misdiagnosis phenomina and categoried the factors in their frequencies, which looked like in out of order. The results suggested that application of chaos theory to the study of misdiagnosis would help medical staff realize that a simple causal factor could lead to a complicated outcom, in other words, if they had a bias in the early stage of clinical diagnosis, it could lead them a thousand-mile astray, that is to say, a very serious outcome would happen.
