摘要
本文报告了应用计算机图象处理技术对实验狗胃X线造影图象的增强处理结果。所使用的微机为IBM-PC/AT机,处理方法包括灰阶线性变换和频域高通滤波。X线片图象为模拟实体状态下,离体新鲜狗胃的充气、气钡双重对比及钡剂单对比造影象。处理结果表明:以较低摄影kV的胃充气、气钡双重对比造影象经增强处理后胃壁轮廓清楚可见,所显示的胃壁厚度与实测厚度经统计学处理差异无显著性,证实数字图象增强处理能显示原片不能为肉眼分辨的结构。文中对X线图象处理的意义和限度进行了讨论。
<ABSTRACT>
This paper presented the experimental results of digital image enha-
ncement processing of two dogs gastric radiograms by microcomputer.
The processing programs include grey scale linear transformation and fr-
equency high-pass filtration. Under simulating the clinical conditions,
the dogs' gastric radiograms were taken with air contrast, barium contr-
ast and air and barium double contrast. The results show that the proc-
essed images of the air contrast and double contrast with lower exposu-
re kilovolt can demonstrate the gastric wall clearly which cannot be se-
en on the original radiograms. The thickness of the gastric wall measu-
red from the processed images was campared with that measured from
the gastral specimens and results showed no significant difference (P>
0.2 ). The values and limitations of digital radiograph processing were
discussed in the paper.
