摘要
用神经节苷脂GM_1治疗实验性局灶性脑缺血大鼠,结果显示脑Na^+—K^+—ATP酶活性明显恢复,脑水肿明显减轻,光镜与电镜观察神经节苷脂GM_1治疗组鼠脑神经毡无明显水肿,病灶区大多数神经元及胶质细胞未见不可逆性损害,病理学改变明显较脑缺血生理盐水对照组轻,提示神经节苷脂GM_1对局灶性脑缺血性损害有一定的脑保护作用。
In this study,ganglioside GMl was used to treat the experimental rats with focai cerebral ischemia.The results showed that Na+-K+-ATPase activity in rat brain increased significantly and brain edema relieved significantly after treatment of gangliosid GMl Under the observations with light and electron microscope,the edema in neu-ropile of cerebral ischemic region was not obvious in the treated group and most of the neurons and gliocytes had no any irreversible damage.The pathological change in the brain was milder in the treated group than in the non-treated group.It was suggested that ganglioside GMl had protective effect on the cerebral damage caused by the focal cerebral ischemia.
