摘要
传统的以知识传承为价值取向 ,以“教师———教材———课堂———应试”的人才培养模式已经难以适应新世纪培养创新人才的要求 ,大学的人才培养模式应该进行深刻的变革 ,开展以学生发展为根本、以发现和创造知识。
The traditional personnel pattern of the use o f the knowledge transferred value and the use of the “teacher-teaching material-c lassroom instruction-testing” is difficult to fit the requirement of the qualif ied personnel model in new centuries. College qualified personnel education shou ld undertake the penetrating innovation; and should foster students innovation a bility based on the students development and the foundation and creation knowled ge.
