摘要
当前市场经济体制改革已打破了高校以国家拨款为主要来源的预算资金管理体制 ,逐步形成了多渠道筹措经费的新格局。在新形势下高校内部应采取完善的措施 。
Currently,the revolution of the economics syste m has already broken through the management system of budget fund which mainly re lies on the fund given by the government.And it comes to a new structure raising money from different ways.Under the now condition,the internal of the universit y ought to enhance the Auditing quality of the reparing fundamental construction projects.
