Effect of doping of rare -earth elements on fine -grain BaTiO_3 system

摘要 研究了稀土氧化物Sm2O3及Gd2O3的掺杂对细晶BaTiO3系统介电性能的影响。稀土添加剂Sm2O3的掺杂可以形成化学均匀性系统,对居里峰有明显的改善作用;Gd2O3的掺杂可以形成化学非均匀性系统即壳-芯结构,这可以使细晶BaTiO3系统获得理想的介电性能,满足X7R特性。 The effect of introduction of rare -earth oxide Sm 2 O 3 and Gd 2 O 3 on dielectric properties of fine -grain BaTiO 3 system was studied.The introductio n of Sm 2 O 3 forms the chemical homogeneous system,which can improve the Curie p eak efficiently.The doping of Gd 2 O 3 results in the chemical heterogeneous core -shell structur e,which can lead to prefect dielectr ic properties with X7R characteristics.
