摘要
本文研究了不同植物在不同时期的植物酯酶含量。结果表明,种子和幼苗期植物酯酶含量为:内乡188小麦>中籼898水稻>户单2000玉米>早熟毛豆>巨丰黄豆>中青二号蚕豆>青豇80>上海青小白菜>意大利耐抽苔生菜>无蔓一号南瓜。以幼苗期的内乡188小麦植物酯酶含量最高。可选幼苗期小麦酯酶作为酶原来检测农药残留。
This article studied the botanical esterase's content of different plants and the certain plant of two periods. The result showed that botanical esterase content in seed and young sprout period tested is: Wheat Neixiang188>Rice Zhongxian898>Corn Hudan2000>Early-ripe green soybean>Soybean Jufeng>Broad bean>Zhongqingerhao>Cowpea 80>Chinese cabbage Shanghaiqing>Italy Lettuce>Pumpkin Wumanyihao. The content of wheat-esterase in young sprout period is the highest. So we can select wheat-esterase in young sprout period as zymogene to detect pesticide residue.
