摘要
大连教育学院的中小学教师继续教育培训工作,坚持从实际出发,釉课改为中心,关注教师发展,不断探索,在课程设置、教学内容选择、教师选聘、质量管理、强化服务等方面取得了显著成效。
The training program of middle and primary school teachers continous education in our university has adhered to proceeding rom the reality, focusing on crriculum reform, showing concern for teachers' development and exploring constantly and has had achieved great success in crriculum design, choice of teaching contents, teachers employment, quality management, service intensification and so on.
