摘要
用位于水稻第 10染色体的微卫星标记OSR33、RM 2 2 8对 2 85份滇型材料进行恢复基因的分子鉴定研究 ,结果表明 :①OSR33、RM 2 2 8标记的基因型依材料的不同而出现分子量不同的带型 ,且带型与材料有关 ;②OSR33和RM 2 2 8鉴定材料的准确率分别为 96 %和 90 % ;OSR33、RM 2 2 8标记的基因型值与黑染花粉率极显著正相关 ,可用于鉴别恢复系 ;③用Mapmaker/QTL软件分析供试材料的表现型 ,在OSR33、RM 2 2 8之间 ,探测到 1个与育性恢复有关的主效QTL ,可解释 83 2 %的表型变异 ,与OSR33和RM 2 2 8的遗传距离分别为 3 3cM和 7 0cM。
The identification of fertility-restoring-gene of Dian-type 1 hybrid rice with two simple sequence repeat(SSR) markers, OSR33 and RM228 locating in the middle of the long arm of chromosome 10, were studied. The correct frequency of the identification was 95% with OSR33, and 90% with RM228. Statistics analysis showed very significant correlation between pollen fertility and marker genotypes. The results indicated that the two markers could be used for identifying restorer lines of Dian type rice. A major-fertility-restoring-gene was detection between OSR33 and RM228 by QTL mapping approach. The locus was closed to markers OSR33 and RM228 within 3.3cM and 7.0cM respectively, which explained 83.2% phenotypic variance.
