摘要
在政府改革的理论探讨和改革实践中 ,政府形象一直是理论界所讨论的问题 ,但大多数学者仅从政府形象建设这一层面进行探讨 ,而对政府形象管理问题进行研究的文章则较为少见。本文认为形象建设与形象管理是不同的概念 ,并且以此为契机 ,进一步从政府形象管理的价值体现和政府形象管理研究的动力两个方面阐述对中国政府形象管理进行研究的必要性 。
In the course of theoretical discussion and the reform practice,image of the government has always bees focused on by theoretical workers.But most of theoretical workers only lay stress on the building of the government image instead of the administration of the government image.The auther holds such an idea that the building of the government image.differs from the administration of the government image.This article is intended to discuss the necessity of studying administration of the Chinese government image from the expression of value and the motive power.
