摘要
①目的 探讨日间连续性静 静脉血液滤过 (CVVH)治疗多器官功能障碍综合征 (MODS)的临床效果。②方法 应用日间CVVH治疗MODS病人 16例 ,观察临床症状改善情况 ,测定治疗前和疗程结束后血清肌酐 (Cr)、尿素氮 (BUN)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNFα)、白细胞介素 6 (IL 6 )含量。③结果 疗程结束后Cr、BUN、TNFα和IL 6含量均较治疗前明显降低 ,差异有显著性 (t=1.76 2～ 2 .15 3,P <0 .0 5 )。死亡 2例 ,其余 14例病人均取得满意疗效。平均住院时间为 31.6d。④结论 日间CVVH治疗MODS疗效确切。
ObjectiveTo study the clinical outcome of day-time continuous veno-venous hemofiltration(CVVH) for multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS). MethodsSixteen patients with MODS were treated by CVVH. The blood urea nitrogen(BUN), creatinine(Cr), TNFα and IL-6 were measured before and after CVVH. Manifestations of the patients were observed as well. ResultsBUN, Cr, TNFα and IL-6 were significantly decreased as compared with those before treatment (t= 1.762-2.153,P<0.05 ). Two patients died, the others got satisfactory outcome. The average hospital stay was 31.6 days. ConclusionThe outcome of day-time CVVH for MODS is definite. [
