摘要
清末法制改革中,适应社会发展的迫切要求,清政府不得不将法律人才的培养和法律变革紧密结合起来。总体来看,清末法制改革开启了新式法律教育模式,初步建立了法律人才的选拔任用制度,但是因为缺乏实施的诸种必要条件,法律人才的准备不足依然成为困扰清末乃至民初司法制度近代化的重要因素。
To meet the urgent need of the social development, a reform occurred in the law system in the late Qing dynasty, the Qing government had to closely combine the law training of talented persons with the reform of the law system. Generally, the law system reform not only set up a new style of law education, but also established the selecting and appointing system of law talents. However, the talent preparation was inadequate owing to many unavoidable reasons, which still was an important reason disturbing the modernization of legal system at the end of the Qing dynasty and the beginning of the Republic of China.
