摘要
基于台湾海峡动力环境的特点 ,论述了集成应用我国海洋监测技术研究先进成果的台湾海峡动力环境立体监测信息服务系统监测网的构建方案 ;针对台湾海峡海洋动力环境立体监测网监测信息共享与服务的需求 ,研究了海洋动力环境立体监测信息服务对象分类体系、服务层次划分、服务系统总体结构以及基于数据仓库、GIS。
According to the characteristics of the oceanic dynamic environment of the Taiwan Strait, the construction scheme of the stereo monitoring net, which generates the advanced achievements of oceanic dynamic environment monitoring technology in our country, was discussed. To meet the demands of information sharing and service of the net, four details were investigated, including the classification system of service objects, the division of service layers, the total structure of the service system and the technology strategy on the basis of data warehouse, GIS, WebGIS and so on.
