产权制度在信用体系建设中的作用 ,是给人们提供一个追求长期利益的规则 。
Property rights system works in the construction of credit by offering a rule, which causes a trader to catch the long-term profit. And the applied force contains two sides: protecting the property rights to stabilize the anticipation and clearing the property rights to keep the long trade.
