摘要 分析进口易切削钢的成分、组织及其夹杂物分布特性 ,利用GLEEBLE - 2 0 0 0研究易切削钢的热加工塑性 ,确定低碳铅硫复合型易切削钢的最佳轧制工艺为加热温度 1 2 2 0~ 1 2 5 0℃ ,开轧温度 (1 1 0 0± 2 0 )℃ ,吐丝温度 90 0℃ ,并成功地轧制成 6 .5 ,8mm线材。对马钢线材和进口线材的金相组织、晶粒度等级、夹杂物形状和分布、拉拔硬化情况等进行检测对比 ,结果显示二者组织性能相当。 To analyze the chemical composition,microstructure and distribution characteristic of occluded foreign substance of import free cutting steel (AISI12L14). The hot work plasticity of free cutting steel is researched by GLEEBLE-2000. The optimum rolling process for Pb S composite low carbon free cutting steel is ascertained,which is to heat at 1 220~1 250 ℃,to start rolling at (1 100±20) ℃,to spin at 900 ℃,and it is applied to produce 6.5 mm and 8 mm wire rod successfully. To examine and compare the wire rod made by the Co. with that of imported in aspects of the microstructure,grain size,shape and distribution of occluded foreign substance and drawn hardening. The results show that the microstructures and properties between two kinds of wire rods are comparative.
