摘要
目的 通过动物实验论证 1 .5 %双氧水作为吸氧湿化液的可行性。方法 分别使用双氧水和蒸馏水作为吸氧湿化液给 2组实验动物输氧 8d ,每天取湿化瓶内液体培养 ,观察细菌生长 ,8d后处死动物 ,取支气管和肺部组织进行病理检查。结果 蒸馏水组细菌培养结果 ,8d均为阳性 ;双氧水组均为阴性。组织病理检查 :支气管 ,蒸馏水组 1例有轻度炎症 ,双氧水组 3例有轻度炎症 ;肺部 ,蒸馏水组 6例有轻度炎症 ,双氧水组 7例轻度炎症 ,1例细支气管大片炎性细胞浸润。结论 1 .5 %双氧水抑菌效果强 ,但对呼吸系统有刺激 。
Objective To evaluate the feasibility of 1.5% hydrogen dioxide solution (HDS) as oxygen inhalation moisture liquid. Methods Laboratory animals were giving oxygen inhalation for 8 days by using HDS and distilled water as oxygen moisture liquid respectively, and liquid in the oxygen moisture bottles was cultured each day for bacterial isolation, animals were killed after 8 days, pathological examinations of bronchi and lung tissue were performed. Results All the bacterial culture results of distilled water were positive, and HDS were negative. Pathological examination showed that 1 case in distilled water group and 3 in HDS group developed slightly inflammation in bronchi, and 6 cases in distilled water group and 7 in HDS group developed slightly inflammation in lung tissue, 1 case in HDS group had massive inflammatory infiltration in bronchiole. Conclusion 1.5% HDS has good bacterial inhibitory effect, but has irritating effect on the respiratory system, and can't be used as the oxygen inhalation moisture liquid.
