摘要
马克思主义关于国家与社会关系的理论对我国的政府机构改革具有重大的理论指导意义。我国政府机构的弊端反映着国家与社会关系的对立,社会自主性的增强是政府机构改革的深层动因,转变政府职能是还权于社会的要求。
Marxism theory on the relation between the nation and the society is a guide for the government reformation. The government malpractice reflects the opposition between the nation and the society.The enhancement of keeping the initiative in the society's hands is the deep cause of the government reformation.The change of the government function is the requirement to return the power to the society.
