摘要 非酒精性脂肪肝病例不少 ,原因复杂 ,发病机制亦在探索研究中 ,该文献对胰岛素抵抗、氧应激与脂质过氧化、康普费 (Kupffer)细胞与细胞因子、脂质代谢紊乱和铁超载等在发病机制中的作用 。 The episode mechanism of non alcohol fatty liver was discussed due to its complex reasons. This paper had discussed and summarized its mechanism on insulin resistance, oxygen stress, Kuffer cell and its factors, and disorder of lipid metabolism.
