摘要 田间系统研究了不同袋型的套袋效果及不同果实类蔬菜最佳套袋的时期.室内测定分析了套袋果实蔬菜的营养物含量及农药残留量.结果表明:黄瓜、番茄、西葫芦、茄子套膜袋均有显著的增产效果,分别为16.4%、11.6%、10.1%、13.7%.套纸袋除番茄外亦均有明显增产效果.套膜袋Vc含量增加22.0%~152.9%.畸形瓜 果 降低11.5%~32.3%,袋体有效阻隔了化学农药对果实类蔬菜直接接触污染.套膜袋黄瓜、番茄、茄子、西葫芦中农药残留量分别降低83.3%、84.5%、79.7%、85.7%,套纸袋依次降低73.2%、79.9%、70.9%、83.1%.套袋栽培协调了病虫防治与绿色食品蔬菜生产的矛盾. This paper put forward the technique of culture by bagging fruit vegetable firstly, and systematically studied the effects of different bag type and the best bagging period on different fruit vegetable, and measured and analyzed the contents of the nutritious matter and the remains of pesticide. The result indicated that cucumber, tomato, pumpkin and eggplant all have outstanding effects in production in film bags, and respectively increase by 16.4%,11.6%,10.1% and 13.7%, and the productions have outstanding increase in paper bags except tomato. The content of Vc increased by 22.0%~152.8% and the deformed fruit decreased by 11.5%~32.3% in film bags. The bags separated the direct contamination of the agricultural chemical. The remains of pesticide of cucumber, tomato, eggplant, pumpkin, respectively decreased by 83.3%, 84.5%, 79.7%, 85.7% in film bags, and by 73.2%,79.9%,70.9%,83.1% in paper bags. The bagging culture coordinated the contradiction between preventing and controlling of diseases and insect and pests and producing green vegetable, and provided the reliable technique for producing safe, high quality and nutritive vegetable, satisfied the demand of the consumers for health. It have important spreading value.
