摘要
以生产能力410t/a树脂、1000t/a模塑料,工作时24h/d、工作日250d/a,间歇生产法和连续生产法并举为设计要求,对苯酚 淀粉树脂及其模塑料工业化生产进行设计,介绍了原料消耗定额、主要设备及工装、厂房、电力及水源、设备布局、岗位定员、投资概算、产品技术指标及出厂检验项目、安全防护及三废处理等设计内容。生产证明本工业化设计切实可行。
The design for the commercial production of phenol-starch resin and its moulding material was made based on the design demands, i.e. production capacity 410 t/a resin and 1000 t/a moulding material, worktime 24 h/d and workday 250 d/a, production methods of intermittent method and continuous method, the design (contents) including raw materials consumption quota, major installations and key equipment, plant buildings, (electric) power and source of water, installations layout, manning, investment estimate, products technical indexes and factory test items, safety protection and the effluents treatment.The production proves that the industrialized design is a (feasible) design.
