障碍物诱导的可燃气云爆炸压力场的实验模拟 被引量:4

摘要 开敞空间可燃气云爆炸 ,尤其是在障碍物诱导下具有极大破坏力的爆炸 ,会造成巨大的经济损失和人员伤亡。因此 ,研究约束条件对气云爆炸场的影响 ,对进一步提出可行的防爆、抑爆方案提供理论依据具有重要意义。为此 ,建立了开敞空间可燃气云爆炸的实验系统 ,对半球形乙炔—空气预混气云内半球条栅形障碍物对爆炸威力的影响进行了实验研究。障碍物半径为 0 .1~ 0 .3m ,条栅宽度为 15~ 6 0mm ,空隙率为 2 0 %~ 75 % ,气云半径为 0 .2 5~ 1.2 5m。通过对实验数据进行曲线拟合回归 ,并经方差检验 。 Flammable gas cloud explosion in open space, especially being induced by obstructions has large destructive forced; and will make great economical loss and people's injury. So, it is very important to study the influence of the constraining conditions on the gas cloud explosion field for making the measures and program of explosion protection and control. So, an experimental system was set up to study the flammable gas cloud explosion. The effect of semi-spherical obstructions with strip space in premixed acetylene-air gas cloud on the explosion force was investigated experimentally. The obstruction radii were 0. 1m - 0. 3m. The width of the strips was 15 mm ∼ 60 mm with the blockage ratio of 20% ∼ 75%. The radius of the gas cloud was 0. 25 m ∼ 1. 25m. Based on the regression of experimental data and deviation analysis, the fitting equation is obtained, which has guiding role for practice.
