摘要
新亚欧大陆桥是连接中亚、西亚和欧洲的运输大通道 ,也是世界上最长、最具有开发潜力的经济大走廊。这里对亚欧大陆桥运输通道建设的现状进行分析 ,认为是优势与困难并举 ,机遇与挑战共存 ,并针对加快大陆桥运输通道建设 ,提出了应采取建立“新亚欧大陆桥国际协调机制” ,建立国际陆港 ,构筑国际经贸操作平台 ,完善运输信息和口岸综合服务系统 ,积极培育具有国际竞争力的物流企业 ,以及加快大陆桥运营人才培养等措施 ,以全面促进沿桥国家和地区之间的区域合作与经济发展。
The new Eurasian Continental Bridge, as the transport artery connecting central and western Asia and Europe, is the longest economic gallery in the world with the largest potential of economic development. The status quo of the construction of the transport passage is examined in this paper. It is held that the construction brings forth both opportunities and challenges, and there are not only advantages but also difficulties for the construction. Concrete measures are put forward to speed up the construction and promote regional cooperation and economic development for the countries and regions along the Bridge. These measures include the formulation of the “international coordinating mechanism for the new Eurasian Continental Bridge”, the establishment of international ports, the building of platforms for international economic and trade affairs, the perfection of transport information system and comprehensive harbor service system, the formation of commodity-circulating enterprises with international competence and the cultivation of talents for Continental Bridge transport.
