摘要
分析了煤炭企业现有物资采购模式的弊病、物资需求特点、物资采购过程和MRPⅡ采购模式的关键问题,制定了合理的采购计划,对煤炭企业MRPⅡ采购模式下采购计划的制定提出了解决方案。
The paper describes the disadvantages of purchase pattern of available goods and material in coal enterprises, analyses the process of material purchase and the material requirement features , discusses the key problem of purchase pattern of MRPⅡ, it draws up a proper purchase plan. Then a solution for drawing up purchase plan in coal enterprise is put forward.
