摘要
独立董事制度在我国刚刚起步,无论制度层面还是理论层面都不完善,有必要进行完善和发展。基于我国独立董事制度的现状,充分、有效地发挥独立董事的作用对提高我国上市公司的治理水平有重要意义。
The system of independent directors has just begun in China, so both the system and the theory need be improved. Based on the present situation, the essay suggests it is important to improve administration of listed companies in China by means of the system of independent directors.
