摘要
通过对所研制的绿色润滑油(SG10W/30)进行使用性能对比试验和生物降解率试验,重点考察该绿色润滑油及其基础油的生物降解性。试验结果表明绿色润滑油质量水平已达到(SG10W/30)汽油机油的使用性能要求。该润滑油及其基础油都可生物降解,基础油的生物降解性明显优于绿色润滑油,由此可见功能添加剂的加入对绿色润滑油的生物降解性有抑制作用。
The contrast test of serviceability and the test of biodegradable rate are performed to investigate the biodegradability of the green lubricant (SG 10W/30) and it's base oil. The results show that the quality of the green lubricant reaches the performance requirements of gasoline engine oil (SG 10W/30). Both the green lubricant and it's base oil are biodegradable. The biodegradability of base oil is superior to that of lubricant,indicating that the function additives can suppress the biodegradability of the green lubricant.
