摘要
目的 :调查Y染色体A1 0STR基因座的遗传多态性。方法 :利用PCR扩增和聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术对无关男性血样进行Y染色体A1 0STR基因座的分型。结果 :发现在广州地区汉族群体Y染色体A1 0STR基因座有4个等位基因 ,GD值为 0 .6 4 4 4 6。结论 :Y染色体A1 0STR基因座在Y染色体有较高的遗传多态性 ,可用于个体识别和亲子鉴定。
Objective:to study the genetic polymorphism of Y chromosome specific STR A10 locus in Guangzhou Han population.Methods:the DNA extracted from blood sample of unrelated individuals in Han population living in Guangzhou was amplified by PCR.The PCR products were analyzed by using PAGE.Results:4 alleles were detected in A10 loci of Y chromosome respective in Han population of Guangzhou.The GD value was 0.64446.Conclusion:The A10 locus of Y chromosome are highly polymorphic and more suitable for individual identification,so do paternity testing.
