摘要
目的 将新护士长培养成为能够适应医药卫生制度改革 ,具有科学管理能力的专业型人才。方法 制定新护士长培训计划 ,明确实教环节 ,确定培训内容 ,实施多种培训方式 ,系统培训管理理论知识和方法 ,实践临床护理管理。结果 近 6年来 ,我院新护士长上岗 16名 ,93 .75 %的护士长能较好地适应护士长角色 ,得到科室主任的认可和病人的好评。结论 培训新护士长科学管理的理论与方法以及培养新护士长良好心态是培训的关键 ;指导护士长抓好护理业务管理及重病人的护理是培训的重点 ;开展有针对性的护士长培训 ,可达到“教学相长”的作用。
Objective To train the new head nurses to become specialist managers,who can adapt themselves to the reforming medical system and possess the ability of scientific management.Methods Making training plans and specifying the steps and contents of training,management theory and methods and how to practice in clinical nursing management were trained in different types.Results In recent 6 years,we have trained 16 head nurses,93.75% of them can adapt themselves to the management role as a head nurse,and they received the affirmation of director and patients in the department.Conclusion One of the key points of the training is to train the new head nurses with scientific management theory and methods,to foster their proper attitude to job,and to direct them to do well in the management of professional nursing and severe patients. Head nurses training can help to achieve the improvement of teaching and learning.
