摘要
绰号是一种典型的命名式隐喻。基于对大量有案可稽的英汉世界各式人等的绰号及其产生背景的调查,本文通过讨论绰号的修辞特点和语用功能来体现、说明隐喻的修辞美和语用美。
Nickname is a typical nominate metaphor. Based on the cases and background investigations of various nicknames in the Chinese and English language, this article presents and explains the rhetoric and pragmatic aesthetics of metaphor through a discussion of the rhetoric features and pragmatic function of nicknames.
