摘要
通过国内外部分锰铁高炉内型以及相应的生产指标和工艺条件的统计分析,并参照原苏联拉姆教授的理论和方法,提出了计算中、小型锰铁高炉内型主要尺寸的一种简易计算方法,以降低炉缸、炉腰和炉身的高度,增加炉腹高度为宜。用该方法确定的结果,符合炉型分析的合理范围,非常接近国内、外生产指标较好炉型统计的数学期望值。
According to statistical analysis in relevant production index and technigue requirement of ferro-manganese BF's internal demensions at home and abroad,and referring the theory and method of U.S.S.R(primarily),the author raises a brifly calculating method for determined the main size of median and small ferro-manganese BF.It is reasonable for decreasing the height of furnace hearth,furnace bash and furnace shaft,increasing the height of bash.The reault that be determined by this method is suitable for the rational hearth size.
