摘要
通过对宝坑淋积型氧化锰矿石的工艺矿物学研究,揭示了该矿石的物质组成,粒度和嵌布特性,尤其是锰、铁硅等元素的赋存状态.这项研兜指出:a含锰矿物以徽细粒矿物为主,难以实现锰矿物和脉石的单体解离。矿石中铁和锰紧密共生,机械选矿难以分开.因此选矿主要对象是富锰集合体,并且矿石易泥化,影响锰收率。b以富锰集合体为对象,采用洗矿、重选、强磁选流程可获得含锰40%左右的锰精矿。分段磨矿分级入选,有利于提高锰收率。
The research on Technologic minerology of eluvial deposit type manganese oxide ore in Baoken District revealed its mineral components,grain size,dissemination characteristics,especially the occurrence state of various elements,such as manganese iron and silicon.The research indiates: first,micro—grained ore dominates in the manganese—bearing ore material,so it is rather difficult to liberate manganese mineral, at the same time iron and manganese are closely associated;it is difficult for machines to separate. Thus the main target for processing is manganese—enriched aggreates sliming of ore alco has an influence on the recovery tate of manganese second, for recovering mangavese—enriched aggreates, using washing, gravity separation and high—intensity magnetic separation manganese concentrate of 40% in stages and separation in grades in favourable to increaes manganese recovery.
