摘要
本文以栖息在青藏高原草场上的两种主要害鼠——高原鼢鼠和高原鼠兔为对象,对几种不同类型的杀鼠剂进行了毒力测定、适口性观察及现场灭鼠试验,以有效地控制鼠害的进一步扩大和蔓延。
This paper deals with toxicity determination, palatability and field trials of several rodenticides to plateau zokor (Myospalax baileyi)and plateau pika(Oehotona curzoniae).The results showed that the LD_(50) of bromadiolone, talon, diphacinone-Ha, strychnine and crimidin were 1.31mg/kg, 0.439mg/Kg, 0.94mg/kg, 15.65mg/kg and 7.84mg/kg for plateau zokor respectively, and the LD_(50) of bromadiolone, talon, chlorophacinone, diphacinone-Na, gopha acide and crimidin were 0.43mg/kg, 0.138mg/kg, 1.229mg/kg, 8.68mg/kg, 7.81mg/kg and 1.733mg/kg for plateau pika respectively.In preference tests, 0.02% bromadiolone bait had the best palatability to plateau zokor, and 0.05% chlorophacinone and 0.01% bromadiolone baits did to plateau, pika.The field tests indicated that the best efficiency of elimination to plateau zokor were 74.40% with 0.075% diphacinone-Na grain baits and 70.53% with talon grain baits, and to plateau pika was 100.0% with 0.01% bromadiorone grain baits.
