摘要
本文测定了氯氰菊酯对不等单蚤卵、幼虫、茧、成蚤的毒力。结果:成蚤用玻璃药膜法,LD_(50)(μg/cm^2)吸血蚤及未吸血蚤均是♀>♂(0.031>0.009及0.014>0.005);同一性别吸血蚤均大于未吸血蚤(♀:0.031>0.014及♀:0.009>0.005),与一般规律相符。幼虫用玻皿药膜法,LD_(50)(μg/Cm^2)Ⅲ龄幼虫(0.084)>♀蚤(0.031);LC_(50)Ⅲ龄幼虫(19ppm)>卵(5ppm)。茧用吸湿法,LC_(50)110ppm>卵(5ppm)、Ⅲ龄幼虫(19ppm)、♀蚤(8.7ppm),是抗力最强的一种虫态。同时探讨了茧毒力测定方法的可行性及LC_(50)偏高的原因,提出了有关注意事项。
This test concerns the toxicity of Cypermethrin(NRDC-149) for the eggs, larvas, cocoons and imagoes of Monopsyllus anisus, The resultsare as follow: When the Glass Bottle Medicinal Membrane Method is used for the imagoes of M. anisus, and it is found that the LD_(50) (μg/cm^2) of the fedflea or unfedflea have all shown (0.031>0.009 and 0.014>0.005): fedfleas of the same sex were higher than unfedfleas (: 0.031>0.014 and 0.009>0.005). The result is the same as the regular pattern. The Petri Dish Medicinal Membrane is used for the larvas, the LD_(50) (μg/cm^2) of 3th-age-larvas (0.084)>flea (0.031); LC_(50) 3th-age-laruas(19ppm)>eggs (5ppm); and when the Damp Absorption Method is used for the cocoons, the LC_(50) 110ppm is higher than that of the eggs(5ppm), the 3th-age-larvas(19 ppm), and flea(8.7ppm).The resistance of the cocoons is the highest of the four. The feasibility of the Method of toxicity test of cocoons and the cause that LC_(50) is on the high side have been discussed, and some points for attention have been put forward.
