摘要
1984年5月我们研究了以腹壁下血管为蒂的胸脐皮瓣。在34例移植中,有4例与双腹壁下血管有关,分3种类型:①双腹壁下血管,一粗一细型:②双腹壁下血管等粗型;③腹壁下血管短干型。经采取适当处理后全部移植成功。为提高本皮瓣的成功率及扩大应用范围,我们将皮瓣的切取进行了改进。
The thoraco-umbilical flap withinferior epigastric blood vessels wasreported in May 1984.From then on,the author transplanted the flap in 34cases.Three types of vascular varia-tions in double inferior epigastric bloodvessels were noticed in 4 cases,i.e.(1)one thick and one thin inferiorepigastic vessels,(2)two thin inferiorepigastric vessels,and(3)two infe-rior epigastric vessels sharing a shortcommon trunk.All the flaps were su-ccessfully transplanted.Treatment me-thods for the vascular variations werediscussed.(page 52)
