摘要
目的 :综合评价开封市 1 998～ 2 0 0 2年食品卫生监督工作质量优劣水平。方法 :对开封市 1 998～ 2 0 0 2年食品卫生监督资料采用Topsis法进行综合评价。结果 :开封市 1 998～ 2 0 0 2年食品卫生监督工作质量优劣水平为 :以 2 0 0 2年为最优 ,2 0 0 1年次之 ,随后依次为1 999年和 2 0 0 0年 ,以 1 998年食品卫生工作质量为最差。结论 :开封市 1 998～ 2 0 0 2年食品卫生工作质量呈逐年提高趋势 ,这与本市近年来加强食品卫生执法力度和队伍建设以及对广大人民群众、从业人员进行宣传教育等密切相关 ,从而为食品卫生监督工作的政策制定及措施实施提供了依据。
Objective:To synthetical evaluate the good and bad level of the work quality of food sanitation supervision from 1998 to 2002 year in Kaifeng Method:The data of food sanitation supervision from 1998 to 2002 was synthetically evaluated by Topsis method Results:The work quality of food sanitation supervision was the best in 2002,2001 took second place,1999 and 2000 followed,the worst was in 1998 Conclusion:The work quality of food sanitation supervision had a advancing trend year after year from 1998 to 2002 in Kaifeng,these related to strengthening the power of executing the law and propaganda among the masses and employees on food sanitation in recent years These provide a basis to formulate the policy of the food sanitation supervision and to put the measures in practice
